Our ethos is "learning through play." Accordingly at Blossoms Day Nursery we have invested considerable time and money to provide our children with a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Our early years curriculum follows the OFSTED Early Years framework and also includes additional activities and experiences to enhance your child's educational experience educationally, socially and emotionally - which in turn eases the transition from a nursery setting to "big" school.

Each day presents the children with the opportunity to experience something new and stimulating. There are activities and learning opportunities to suit every stage, taste and temperment, from singing and dancing to dressing up and even to cooking. |

Blossoms' early years curriculum is supported and enhanced by the use of external educational experts. We currently have a visiting language teacher who teaches the children French, and a fully qualified dance teacher who holds Music and Movement, ballet and "Tricks and Tumbles" classes in our own designated dance studio. |

The quality of learning is good. The children are happy and well motivated to learn. Children's learning is particularly good in the area of mathematical development.

Meal times are eagerly anticipated and fun times at Blossoms. We ensure that our children enjoy a nutritionally balanced diet which reflects a diverse variety of foods and tastes. We cater for all dietary requirements and any food allergies a child might have. |

Blossoms also provides an after school care club for children attending school. We collect the children from a variety of schools in the vicinity, and then provide a supervised but relaxed and calming period after a hectic school day. During all school holidays we offer holiday care for the whole nursery day. |
